Wardi website delivers your orders through the website’s fleet. Other delivery companies or individuals may be used during peak times to confirm your service and deliver your orders at a time that suits you.

Wardi’s delivery method is delivery on the same day or on another day depending on your geographical area, while giving you the option to choose the time that suits you for delivery at any time during the day, week, or even during the month.

You can subscribe to have your selected products delivered periodically (daily, weekly, or monthly).

(In the case of delivery within the city of Jeddah) the item must be ordered at least four hours before the time of obtaining it so that the delivery team can provide the item, taking into account the order time (so that it is not delayed) and during working hours, in addition to the fact that there are goods that require more than this time to prepare. It may take up to a day or so several days depending on the nature of the product

Your signature will be required on the invoice copy to confirm your receipt of the products as shown on the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address registered in the order, and the signature of any person present at this address is considered your receipt of the order

If we arrive at the registered address and no one is present at this address, please contact customer service to determine another time for delivery. The company will not be responsible for any request that exceeds 10 days from the first date of delivery of the order. Please note that if you are not available at the agreed time for delivery twice, additional fees will be charged for delivery after that.

Delivery fee is 39 Saudi riyals for orders to all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Cash on delivery fees apply when shipping. The fee is 15 riyals for the shipping company. You can choose another payment method to save this amount

Free shipping

– Wardi provides free delivery service for orders exceeding 300 Saudi riyals by Aramex, SMSA, and others as part of the delivery service within 2-3 working days in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or 3-5 working days in the Gulf countries.
(Except in cases of public emergency or delay by the shipping company itself)

Delivery schedule
We provide same-day delivery service, except Friday and official holidays within the city of Jeddah

For orders made within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia after 2 pm, they will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days
(Except in cases of emergency or special circumstances affecting the shipping company)

Important information about delivery

The applicant is required to sign a document receiving the purchases
Wardi guarantees the safety of your order from theft and damage from the moment it leaves a store until the moment of delivery. Wardi website is not responsible for the product after signing the receipt document
Shipping is carried out by Aramex, SMSA, and others to areas inside and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The approximate delivery time guide is used starting from the moment the order is dispatched. Wardi is not responsible for any delay that occurs due to fees payment procedures by the applicant.
